Greetings!
March has certainly come in like a lion, and I am looking forward to it going out like a lamb. John and I just returned from our annual Date Week at Universal, and it was one for the books. Riding atop the Gator float in the Mardi Gras parade was definitely a highlight! It was surprising to see the frost damage throughout the park — the arborists are waiting several weeks before removing any plantings to determine what will recover. It will be quite an undertaking.

On a professional note, I want to share an important update with you.
Effective tomorrow, I will be transitioning from the BHHS Hodnett Cooper brand to Watson Realty Corp.. Recent operational changes — including the decision to discontinue their Florida license — no longer align with my personal business model or the level of service I provide across state lines.
After thoughtful consideration and conversations about future goals, I have decided to join Watson Realty Corp. under the leadership of their new broker, Mike Hagel. I am excited about the energy and direction of this team and look forward to what lies ahead.
What will not change is my commitment to you. My phone number, email address, and the level of service you expect remain the same:

This newsletter will continue just as before — only the branding at the bottom will be different.
If you have any questions or concerns, I hope you will reach out to me directly. I value your trust and look forward to continuing to serve you.
Warm regards,
Cathy
