I hope you had a blow out 4th of July. John, James and I (Mom came for a while also!) had a great time working selling raffle tickets for MOAA (Military Officers Association of America). We raise money to help support local military issues in our community such as granting funds to NJROTC students at the HS to attend leadership classes. We support the Submarine Museum, the Honor Flights for local veterans, a veterans lounge at the Community College and other local causes. We had an excellent sales day and are trilled we will be able to continue to support our community here in Camden County.
I was able to finish my latest sewing project to recover my neighbors wicker chair cushions. Mom is modeling them at a cocktail party at the neighbors. Time to look for a new project
