Greetings!
I am beginning to settle in as I get onboarded with Watson Realty Corp., and I am excited to be part of such a high-energy group. This next chapter feels like it will be an interesting and rewarding journey. As with any transition, there are quite a few technical updates to work through, but I am receiving excellent support throughout the process on both the Florida and Georgia sides.
John and I had a wonderful outing this past weekend attending the JAX Home & Patio Show. Mom and our neighbors, Paul and Sue, joined us, which made it even more enjoyable. This was our third time attending the event, and once again it did not disappoint.
One of the highlights was finding a floor-sample summer kitchen from Paradise Grills. We were able to purchase the display model right at the show, and it is scheduled to be delivered and installed this afternoon. The unit even includes embedded Bluetooth speakers. At the show we paired John’s phone and were already playing his playlists through Spotify, which gave us a preview of many future evenings of grilling with music in the background.
With the warmer weather arriving, we are looking forward to getting everything set up and enjoying the start of the summer grilling season.

7 PM – Green-Themed EDH Win-a-Box Tournament
-To celebrate St. Patty's day, we'll be hosting a $10 Win-a-Box tournament with a twist: Your commander must have Green in it's color identity! Staying on theme, the grand prize will be a Japanese box of War of the Spark! Additional prizing will be available based off of attendance!
11 PM – Mystery Booster 2 Draft
-Back by popular demand! Experience a unique draft environment featuring cards from across Magic's history as well as exclusive test cards! Entry will be $25 with a limit of 8 players! Prize support will be an exclusive Secret Lair from Festival in a Box Atlanta!
12 AM – Sharpie Draft
-Another fan favorite event! Armed with a sharpie, players will draft from a curated set of commons and uncommons and edit them into absurdly powerful (or hilarious) cards for this free event!

-Minimum 4 players for Magic, 8 players for all other TCGs. Price varies by game and set!
