FUN THINGS GOING ON - Red White and Blue

Are you ready for fireworks, barbecue, and flags? The 4th of July is hands down one of our most fun and festive holidays! I’m especially looking forward to the parade downtown, the vendor stalls along the waterfront, and the live music—capped off, of course, with a spectacular fireworks display.

If you’re out enjoying the festivities, be sure to stop by the MOAA (Military Officers Association of America) booth and say hello! John and I will be there for most of the day, selling raffle tickets and supporting some great local causes.

Closer to home, I’ve started a new sewing project—recovering seat cushions for a neighbor’s chair. It’s the perfect task for those hot summer afternoons when it’s best to stay indoors.

Best regards,

Cathy
