Greetings!
Happy Labor Day! I have yard work on the agenda - along with bbque, but the weather does not look to be cooperating. John and I had a wonderful visit to Universal Studio with our daughter and her friend Azreal to celebrate John's 70th birthday. It was quick but fun. We wrapped up the week long visit with some Mexican Train (dominos) and coffee at Mom's house before they left to drive home. It is hard to have children live so far away. Glad to have the time together. Unable to go out to pull weeds, I made some cornbread and pineapple for a light breakfast. Hoping for some sunshine.

**REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED** This can be purchased as a bundle of all 6 classes or a la cart - each class can be purchased individually.
Ideal Audience: Moms of kids age 3-15, but anyone age 16 and up is welcome!
Focus: Making a plan for REAL life moms that want their families to eat healthfully without the fight, plant‑based, budget‑friendly, time‑efficient strategies and meal!
Each week includes: Lesson, Discussions, Handouts/Worksheets/Templates, and/or Take‑Home Tools as well as a chance to purchase your favorite afternoon pick-me-up from the awesome baristas at Blue Bridge! So come a little early to grab a "cuppa" and get settled in the seat of your choice.
